1. Order Acceptance & Availability

1.1. All orders placed through Recreative Sun are subject to availability and our confirmation.
1.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion—for example, if a product is out of stock, pricing errors occur, or your payment cannot be authorized.
1.3. If we cancel your order after charging your payment method, we will issue a full refund immediately.

2. Pricing & Payment

2.1. All prices on our website include VAT for customers in the European Union.
2.2. Orders shipped outside the EU may incur customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by your country; these are your responsibility.
2.3. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time you place your order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.2. While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delays may occur due to carrier issues or customs processing.
3.3. Title and risk of loss for all items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.2. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within the timeframe specified in our Returns Policy.
4.3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item.

7.2. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.
