Hand wash or machine wash cold (30°C max)
Use gentle detergents
Do not bleach or dry clean
Air dry flat, away from direct sunlight
Avoid tumble drying to maintain elasticity and shape
Rinse garments promptly after exposure to saltwater or chlorine
Avoid abrasive surfaces to protect delicate fibers

Each Recreative Sun piece is crafted with intention and designed to last.
If you wish to make a return, we kindly ask that you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns must be made exclusively via DHL or UPS.
The original Recreative Sun box containing the item must remain intact and be returned together with the product. Returns without the original packaging or with damaged packaging will not be accepted.

To initiate a return:

Once received and reviewed, eligible items will be refunded to the original payment method. Kindly allow up to 30 working days for processing.

Shipping costs and related fees are not included in the refund.
